Class Overview

CrossFit classes will be at the core of what we do at CrossFit Pobednik! Each class will be approximately one hour long and will consist of an warm up, CrossFit skills improvement, a Metabolic Conditioning (METCON) session, and a cool down. Each class will be supervised by a CrossFit certified trainer and at least one associate. The skills portion of the class will be structured so athletes are provided a demonstration, a performance of the standard without weights, a critique by our expert trainers and performance of the movement to standard with a load. Athletes will be provided scaling options if they cannot perform the movements as prescribed. Injury, athletic ability, and confidence in the movement will always be considered by our coaching team.
